All the rooms have a beautiful view on the Estate and each one of them is equipped with air conditioning, heating, TV, Wi-Fi and refrigerator. The interior design is made up of elegant tissues and accessories, and the original wood beams are still visible on the ceilings. Restaurant, conference room ideal for functions, meetings and weddings (over 60 people), swimming-pool, as well as a wine shop with tasting room, are the amenities that Villa Grazianella can offers to his guests.

La Poderina is located in Montalcino in the area of Castelnuovo dell'Abate well known for the particular “elegance and balance” of its wines. The Estate is located in front of the histyorical Benedectine abbey of Sant’Antimo, that dates back to I century a.C.
The estate has 2 apartments of 50mq, equipped with kitchen, TV and Wi-Fi. A tasting room and a wine shop are available for our guests.

Tenuta di Monterufoli is located in Val di Cornia (Pisa), the estate is nestled inside a natutal park surrounded by a thousand hectares of uncontaminated nature. Tenuta di Monterufoli estate consists of three distinct buildings: the main house called “Miniera”, the “Scuderie” and the “Casa delle Guardie”. The “Miniera” has 9 rooms, a suite and an apartment with independent entrance, all equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi; the Scuderie and the “Casa delle Guardie" are composed of 6 apartments in Tuscan style, completely independent and with a magnificent view over the valley. At guests disposal there is a restaurant, a swimming pool, a multipurpose sports field and a wine shop with tasting room.
