We reinterpret tradition by drawing inspiration from ancient recipes, using selected local products and pairing them with our own wines.
The menu changes with the seasons, but some dishes never go out of style: pici with garlic tomato sauce or Chianina ragu, "peposo," and much more to discover.

Stefano Azzi trained under a renowned master of Tuscan cuisine, from whom he learned the fundamentals of the restaurant industry. Throughout his career spanning over 30 years, he has consistently sought to promote traditional cuisine through careful sourcing of high-quality ingredients.
